2. Identify common workplace and community safety risks associated with extractive activity, including spill, fire, and exposure risks.
3. Support workers and community members to access appropriate safety reporting mechanisms without fear of retaliation.
4. Apply basic psychosocial first-response principles following a workplace or community safety incident.
5. Recognise the limits of non-specialist OHS knowledge and identify when specialist or emergency referral is required.
