60. Explain the basic ecological functions of mangroves, wetlands, and estuaries relevant to Niger Delta coastal communities.
61. Identify the primary drivers of ecosystem degradation in a given coastal community, including both climate and human activity drivers.
62. Facilitate a basic community-led mangrove restoration planning process.
63. Explain the connection between ecosystem health, coastal protection, and blue economy livelihood viability.
64. Recognise the limits of community-facilitation-level ecosystem management and identify when specialist referral is required.
