Learning objectives
1.Demonstrate the core concepts, theories and debates underpinning monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, situating them within both global scholarship and African lived realities.
2. Construct practical tools and methods for delivering monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning in low-resource, high-need community settings.
3.Appraise how monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning intersects with gender, environment, mental health and governance within the SWEEP integrated practice model.
4.Formulate a workable action plan, case protocol or enterprise concept applying the principles of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning to a real community context.
