Learning objectives
1. Formulate the core concepts, theories and debates underpinning masculinities and engaging men in gbv prevention, situating them within both global scholarship and African lived realities.
2. Investigate practical tools and methods for delivering masculinities and engaging men in gbv prevention in low-resource, high-need community settings.
3. Synthesise how masculinities and engaging men in gbv prevention intersects with gender, environment, mental health and governance within the SWEEP integrated practice model.
4.Examine a workable action plan, case protocol or enterprise concept applying the principles of masculinities and engaging men in gbv prevention to a real community context.
