1. Interrogate the core concepts, theories and debates underpinning life skills and soft skills training, situating them within both global scholarship and African lived realities.
2. Demonstrate practical tools and methods for delivering life skills and soft skills training in low-resource, high-need community settings.
3. Construct how life skills and soft skills training intersects with gender, environment, mental health and governance within the SWEEP integrated practice model.
4. Appraise a workable action plan, case protocol or enterprise concept applying the principles of life skills and soft skills training to a real community context.
