1. Investigate the core concepts, theories and debates underpinning gender mainstreaming in development programmes, situating them within both global scholarship and African lived realities.
2. Synthesise practical tools and methods for delivering gender mainstreaming in development programmes in low-resource, high-need community settings.
3. Examine how gender mainstreaming in development programmes intersects with gender, environment, mental health and governance within the SWEEP integrated practice model.
4. Analyse a workable action plan, case protocol or enterprise concept applying the principles of gender mainstreaming in development programmes to a real community context.
