1. Demonstrate the core concepts, theories and debates underpinning environmental rights and legal remedies, situating them within both global scholarship and African lived realities.
2. Construct practical tools and methods for delivering environmental rights and legal remedies in low-resource, high-need community settings.
3. Appraise how environmental rights and legal remedies intersects with gender, environment, mental health and governance within the SWEEP integrated practice model.
4. Formulate a workable action plan, case protocol or enterprise concept applying the principles of environmental rights and legal remedies to a real community context.
